With an aim to provide a journey encompassing total wellness, Chuan Body + Soul offers rejuvenating treatments to nurture, balance and restore one’s mind and body. The spa uses Germaine de Capuccini and Kerstin Florian products along with Chuan’s signature brand of specially blended essential oils based on the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, namely Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Spanning one floor, the new spa and health club will facilitate a more personalised experience for guests hoping to seek respite from modern daily living.
The spa features both male and female sauna and steam rooms and a fully equipped gym with state-of-the-art ARTIS range of cardio and strength equipment from Technogym. This premium range is ergonomically and biomechanically designed to the highest standards ensuring smooth and comfortable workouts for all guests. All equipment is connected to offer a fully interactive, digital experience including the cardio equipment that will allow users to watch their favourite TV shows on Netflix or iPlayer, browse the internet and even challenge friends using the brand-new RACES feature. The strength equipment comprises of a mini digital display where a Virtual Strength Coach provides step-by-step guidance to the user along with giving performance-driven feedback.
Memberships of the health club will be capped at 100 places to ensure an optimum flow and bespoke experience. Personal training, fitness and postural assessments, nutrition and weight management advice are also available along with consultations relating to lifestyle conditions such as insomnia and anxiety. In addition to this, the 16-metre swimming pool, eponymous with the original spa, has been restored.
The new Chuan Body + Soul spa is headed by Spa Manager, Stephanie Coogan, and a team of spa professionals.
