Thomas & Adamson, the international project management and cost consultancy firm, has appointed Enda Heffernan as Associate Director for its Dubai office. Heffernan will take a lead role in the delivery of cost management services for Thomas & Adamson’s projects across the Middle East.
Heffernan has previously held a number of senior positions in other leading consultancies across the region and has vast experience across a varied mix of sectors, including residential, infrastructure, education, healthcare, hospitality and oil and gas.

Heffernan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry and over four years Middle East experience, having worked in Ireland prior to moving to the region.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree with honors from Trinity College in Dublin, Heffernan went on to become a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI) in addition to gaining a post graduate diploma in Project Management.
